NEW E-SERIES Controller.
Each shutters is supplied with the standard E-Port controller, and when the controller fully charged it will open and close your average shutter about 30-40 times with the Domestic range, and about 20-30 times for the Cyclone, Light Commercial, and Security which have much heavier curtains, before it will need recharging.
The E-Port has a wall plate that is fix to the wall inside the room, on the left or right hand side of the window, (your choose) the cable from the battery motor, in the head box, will clip to the back of the wall plate, and with the controller in the wall plate, this will power the battery motor.
When the controller needs recharging, remove it from the wall plate and place it near a power point, and charge it with the charger supplied, just like you would charge your mobile phone.

4 types of ODS battery motors
Domestic battery operated roller shutters under 4 square meters in area are fitted with the *L10* battery motor, this motor requires no adjustment, the up and down limits are preset when manufactured.
Please note: This L10 battery motor may not be suitable for a moist tropical climate, we recommend that the T20 battery motor is use instead, or T06 where possible.

Please note: The L10 battery motor is too large to fit in the 150mm head box, and is only suitable for the 165mm, 180mm and the 205mm head box.
The *T06*, *T20* and *T35* can be fitter to the 150mm head box.
*L10 ODS Maximum Lifting Capacity of 16kg*
Curtain weight: 1sq mtr = 4kg = 4square meter of shutter (for example, 2000mm x 2000mm window maximum) or any other combination that equals 4 square meters or less.
ODS Tubular Battery Motors, T06, T20 and T35.
Domestic battery operated roller shutters over 4 square meters and up to the maximum size for our domestic range of 7.7 square meters in area are fitted with the *T20* battery motor, this motor requires adjustment, the up and down limits need to be set.
T20 – adjustment required
Cyclone, Security, and Light Commercial battery operated roller shutters are fitted with the T20 or the T35 battery motor, this motor requires adjustment, the up and down limits need to be set.

Domestic curtain weight: 1sq mtr = 4kg this motor can lift 3.2 square meter
Cyclone curtain weight: 1sq mtr = 6kg this motor can lift 2.1 square meter.
Security curtain weight: 1sq mtr = 8kg this motor can lift 1.6 square meter.
Light Commercial Not used.

Domestic curtain weight: 1sq mtr = 4kg this motor can lift 8 square meter
Cyclone curtain weight: 1sq mtr = 6kg this motor can lift 5.3 square meter.
Security curtain weight: 1sq mtr = 8kg this motor can lift 4 square meter.
Light Commercial curtain weight: 1sq mtr = 3.4kg this motor can lift 9.4 square meter.
**T35 ODS Maximum Lifting Capacity of 52kg**
Cyclone curtain weight: 1sq mtr = 6kg this motor can lift the complete range.
Security curtain weight: 1sq mtr = 8kg this motor can lift 6.5 square meter.
Light Commercial curtain weight: 1sq mtr = 3.4kg this motor can lift the complete range.
